Crash on game randomly and not playable fps is poor 15-20fps on 360p

I managed to get into the first level with minor issues (besides stuttering from shaders being cached) only once. After that first time, which was my initial launch of the game after installing, I have not been able to get passed the "start game" screen 95% of the time. The other 5% of the time, I've been able to get into the main menu but the game usually just freezes and doesn't move any further after about 5-30 seconds after launching. Audio will continue to play most of the time, but the FPS drops to 0 and doesn't move. I've tried some different configurations on Eden and unfortunately this was my most "successful" config. **THE GAME IS UPDATED TO THE LATEST VERSION I COULD FIND**
