Moreover, the entire time you are in the loop, you will have somewhere between 42-58 FPS, which will not hinder gameplay at all. After you get out of the loop and head back out to the city (open world), the game goes back to running at 60 FPS pinned, with an average FPS of 61.2 **ONLY AFTER ESCAPING THE LOOP.** **The rating is great because the game does not run at 60 FPS until after a level change.**
